Ronald has over 7 years experience in the areas of real estate and taxation litigation. He represents homeowners, financial institutions, Condominium, and Cooperative Homeowner Associations in the sales and purchases of all types of real property. In the area of housing law, Ronald focuses on complex commercial and residential lease negotiations and all aspects of housing (landlord/tenant) litigation. Ronald also has extensive experience in both state and federal taxation disputes and represents a wide variety of clients in the area of taxation appeals and litigation.
While at the University of Albany, Ronald held positions with the Environmental Planning Lobby of New York State, Albany, N.Y., where he advised elected New York State representatives on a wide variety of environmental legislation including Coastal Zone Management and the Shore Owners Protection Act.
